Frequently asked questions
No. Our kayaks and paddle boards are inflatable recreational equipment and require no nautical licence. Anyone who can swim can use them.
On delivery day we place a refundable hold on your card (not a charge). If you return everything in good condition, it is released automatically. It only covers loss or damage.
We deliver and collect at agreed public points (car parks and seafront promenades) in Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Cala de Finestrat. We tell you the exact spot when you book.
It is a full-day rental: we deliver between 9:30 and 10:30 and collect between 18:30 and 19:30. You enjoy the gear all day.
If the sea or wind conditions are unsafe, we can postpone the rental or refund you. Your safety comes first.
Yes. The price includes the gear, paddles, life vests, pump and delivery and collection. No surprises.
